Enquiries and confirmation

Submitting the form on this website is an enquiry, not a booking. Your stay is confirmed only when we reply in writing with your dates, tent type and total price, and you accept it.

We do not collect card details through this website. Payment arrangements are explained in our reply.

Prices and payment

Prices are quoted per tent per night and include everything listed on our all-inclusive page. Optional activities such as quad biking, buggy tours, 4x4 excursions and massage are quoted separately.

A deposit may be requested to hold your dates during busy periods. The balance is settled at the camp.

Cancellation and changes

Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival are free of charge, and any deposit is refunded or held as credit.

For cancellations within 7 days, or no-shows, we may retain the deposit. Date changes are usually possible at no cost, subject to availability.

If circumstances beyond our control — extreme weather, road closures or similar — prevent us from hosting you, we will offer alternative dates or a full refund.

Arrival and stay

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Tell us your expected arrival time so dinner and the camel ride can be planned.

The camp is reachable by ordinary car; a 4x4 is not required. We will send an exact location pin with your confirmation.

Activities and safety

Camel rides, sandboarding, quad biking, buggy tours and 4x4 excursions take place in a natural desert environment and carry inherent risk. Guests take part at their own discretion and must follow the instructions of our guides and drivers.

Quad and buggy riders must hold a valid driving licence where required, and children may only ride as passengers with a responsible adult.

Please tell us in advance about medical conditions, pregnancies, allergies or mobility needs so we can advise honestly on what is suitable.

Behaviour and the desert

We ask guests to respect the camp, its staff, other guests and the local community, and to leave nothing behind in the dunes. We reserve the right to end a stay without refund in cases of serious misconduct.

Liability

We take reasonable care of guests and their property, but we are not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, nor for injury arising from a guest's failure to follow safety instructions. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute we cannot settle amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Moroccan courts.
