Who we are

What we collect

When you send a booking enquiry we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, travel dates, number of guests and children's ages, tent preference, activities of interest, transport needs, dietary requirements and your message. We also record which page the enquiry came from.

If you contact us by email or WhatsApp instead, we hold whatever you choose to send us in that conversation.

Why we use it

Only to answer your enquiry, arrange your stay and the activities you ask for, and keep a record of your booking. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you explicitly ask us to.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in a secure database used solely by our camp, and a copy is sent to our own email inbox. Access is limited to the family members who handle bookings. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to manage your stay and our records, and delete them on request.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking profiles. Pages that embed a map from Google may set cookies from that provider when the map loads.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Write to glampingmerzouga@gmail.com and we will act on it within 30 days.
